Warranty Coverage

Our Factory 1yr warranty covers all parts and components of the equipment, excluding normal wear-and-tear items, provided the unit is properly maintained and serviced in accordance with the Operator’s Manual.

Remote technical support may be provided via phone or email by Vertex Equipment Sales technicians or authorized service partners.

Warranty coverage begins on the date the equipment is purchased by the customer.

Maintenance Records

Customers are strongly encouraged to retain all maintenance records, service logs, and certifications. These documents are important and may be required to determine warranty eligibility in the event of a failure or malfunction.

Warranty Period

The warranty takes effect on the date of purchase. Warranty duration and expiration details will be listed on our website, bill of sale and provided at the time of sale.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover the following:

Normal wear and tear, depreciation, or damage resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance
Improper servicing, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow operating instructions
Damage caused by improper storage or lack of protection
Damage resulting from accidents or collisions
Equipment that has been altered or modified without written approval from Vertex Equipment Sales
Use of improper fuel, lubricants, fluids, or maintenance materials not specified in the Operator’s Manual
Routine maintenance services and adjustments, including but not limited to cables, linkages, pressures, and calibrations
Transportation or travel costs related to repairs, except where otherwise stated at the time of sale
Damage caused by fire, flooding, storms, or other natural events beyond human control
Replacement of standard maintenance or consumable items such as filters, belts, fluids, bulbs, brake components, clutches, bearings, hoses, rubber parts, glass, cutting edges, bucket teeth, and similar items
Damage caused by the use of unapproved attachments, implements, or accessories
Rust, corrosion, or paint-related issues
Repairs described in service bulletins outside the applicable warranty period
Equipment that has been reported stolen or declared a total loss
Equipment not sold directly by Vertex Equipment Sales
Additional Expenses from the loss of income, downtime, rental equipment, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential costs resulting from equipment failure

The customer is responsible for determining the suitability of the equipment for their intended application. Vertex Equipment Sales’ sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement as outlined above.

Additional Terms

Vertex Equipment Sales does not authorize any individual or entity to assume additional obligations or liabilities on its behalf. Any shipping damage must be reported to both the freight carrier and Vertex Equipment Sales immediately upon delivery.
